Method: PayPal

I only use PayPal at the moment as I find it simple, fast and easy to use for both of us.
Payment is required immediately. If this is not possible, for whatever reason, please contact me straight away. I try very hard to be a helpful seller and will be happy to help so long as you contact me and the request you have is a reasonable one.

Cancellation: Cancelling an item is only possible before payment. However, if you receive an item and are not fully satisfied, you may return it to me within 3 days, though you must pay the cost of the return shipping. Please see Refunds and Exchanges section for more information.



PLEASE NOTE: All custom orders including messages on scrolls are exempt from the refunds and exchange policy.

I keep my shipping charges to the actual cost of packing materials and shipping charges. I refuse to profit on P&P, as it cheapens the experience for all involved.


My items are shipped via Royal Mail recorded first class mail for the U. K only unless specifically stated in the listing. Already created items are mailed 1-2 days after purchase. Custom orders are mailed within 3 days, except when otherwise specified in the listing. All domestic items include delivery confirmation through a tracking number.

If an item is lost and confirmed so by the postal service, I will send you a new one straight away, as I will claim the loss from Royal Mail. However, if delivery confirmation states that the item has made it to your front door, it cannot be considered lost.

For international buyers, the current international pricing does not include tracking information unless specified in the listing. Please let me know if you would like to upgrade your shipping to include tracking. Pricing for that can be found here (please copy and paste as Etsy does not allow links to external sites):

If you choose not to, I am unable to track your package and am therefore not held responsible for lost packages. If you do choose tracking and your package is declared lost, I am more than happy to send out a new item, unless it is a one off piece which would require a refund from said mail service. I would of course refund you straight away instead of having you wait.

However, if package tracking states that the item has made it to your front door, it cannot be considered lost.

If you are not completely satisfied with your item, please feel free to contact me or return it to me within 3 days after contacting me to tell me so. This allows me to try and resolve the problem to the best of my ability. If you wish to return an item, you may do so, but it is your responsibility to pay the return shipping for the item as well as proof of posting or similar in your country.

All import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. I am also not responsible for items destroyed by customs officials, please be aware of your country’s import regulations.

Outside of the UK shipping is via Airmail, Please be aware that Airmail delivery times have a range of between 1 - 4 weeks, so please be patient.
